Connestee Falls is a beautiful property near national forests. House is older but has lots of room for a large group.

Great vacation A frame getaway house in the woods.

Great vacation A frame getaway house in the woods. Very peaceful with a great screened porch for meals. The neighborhood has lots of places to swim and fish. Bring a kayak if you want to go on the lakes.Brevard is a nice cool break from the hot summer. Jana was great!

The house was everything we needed it to be.

The house was everything we needed it to be. It was a nice rustic getaway, but with reliable WiFi and Apple TV. The house was close to the amenities we wanted and easy to find. My call was returned promptly and the agent I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and we had a nice conversation about the area as well.

As advertised, the house is not fancy and has a rustic vibe. But we are not fancy people so it worked fine for us because of the different levels that allowed for privacy. The porch is awesome - like being in a treehouse! I had rather use your company instead of VRBO or a similar service because you are local and will be there if we ever have a problem. Extremely friendly folks over the phone!

Nice Thanksgiving stay

We rented for four nights over Thanksgiving. Was comfortable for 6 adults and had everything we needed. Great neighborhood and convenient to Brevard.

Clean and pleasant setting

The home is clean, neat & appropriately stocked. It has a great screened porch. Furnishings are dated but comfortable. The weather was cool in the evenings & I could not get any heat from the system. I found enough throws to stay comfortable in the living area & while sleeping. A blanket in the closet would be a nice addition to accommodate cooler evenings. The home does not have a land-line telephone…not unusual for our times. As a reminder, you will not have cell service. Consequently, you cannot make dinner reservations or make calls requesting info for your interests in the area. Other Connestee homes have land-lines. Upon leaving, I struggled to get my trash into the garbage bin. It was totally PACKED full from the
