Peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our time spent at this house. It was very clean, quiet, and well equipped. We really enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub and the arcade kept my kids busy when it was raining. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Best vacation in a long time!

House was clean and had everything that we could have needed. We enjoyed the hot tub on cold nights and fishing at the lake when the weather was nice, couldn't have asked for a better trip except for the weather. Thank you for allowing us to stay at a reasonable price! We will be back with the kids next time

Decided on a last minute trip for my birthday. Found this property and gave it a shot. It was perfect. The property manager was very responsive, the house was clean and have everything we meeded. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice home but bad location

The home was very nice; clean, well stocked, comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable to sleep on. We only used one bedroom as there were just two of us. The kitchen was well-appointed and contained everything we needed. But the house was further from Brevard than we thought (25-30 minute drive to town). And it was up a very rough two-mile gravel road that was difficult to maneuver. I think that should have been mentioned in the home’s description. We would not have driven my husband’s sports car had we known about the poor condition of the road.

Great Calm & Private Getaway

The house has everything you need to enjoy all the comforts of home while in a beautiful mountain setting. The nearby lake is magical, with it's lush surroundings and private setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. You won't regret booking!

Beautiful home in the hills!

Great property with everything you need. We stayed here while mountain biking in Pisgah and DuPont. The garage was nice for keeping the bikes inside and there’s a hose outside for keeping them clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Wonderful, secluded, sparkling clean property to stay at. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving vacation. There was a ton to do in the area, would highly reccomend DuPont State Forest and Pisgah National Park for great hikes and waterfall viewings. Would definitely come back to stay here!

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht (und noch vieles mehr), um entspannte Tage in den Bergen zu genießen. Der See ist für die Kajaks etwas klein, aber sehr idyllisch gelegen und ideal für ein erfrischendes Bad. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Great Getaway

Short two-night stay, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice additions to the comfortable space. If you like being on the water, that clear mountain lake was just a short walk away, and the kayaks were a hit with the kids (and me).
