“The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than many motels for variety. And the staff was helpful. We didn’t use the pool. The weaknesses were the condition and cleanliness of the hallways and grounds. Long broken a/c units, dirty and cluttered carpets and weedy grounds were a turn off on arrival, plus whoever designed and decorated it had awful taste. But, the value was still in the pricing for a clean room.”

“The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful……

“The room is so smaller”

“Arrived to discover the entire town would be without water starting at 7:00 a.m. the morning after we checked in. The information was written on a small piece of paper at the front desk. We were not verbally advised of this change by the receptionist. Once discussed it was a kind of a shoulder shrug from the front desk and that was it! This meant that we could not enjoy our stay at all. The hot tub is a bit of a joke and you had to reserve time (limited to 30 minutes). No elevator and no offer……

“My stay was not good, for the price I paid I should of had a little better of a stay.. staff was not helpful, housekeeping didn't come around to give clean towels and the blanket and comforter both on the bed had a nasty musty/pee smell and when I went to the front desk to ask for different ones, I was told housekeeping had left for the day and front desk "didn't have keys" for the clean linen closet that the housekeeper took it with her so I had to "deal" with the stinky blankets and no clean……

“The exterior of this place is very deteriorated, but it's ok on the inside. The biggest issue is that there is absolutely no staff. You're on your own to get checked in. They sent me my room number and a code for our door in a text message, but it went to my unknown senders, so it took me a while to find it again once we arrived. No breakfast provided like at their other property in town that charges about the same rate. Would not stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room only had a night stand on one side of the bed, it would have been nice to have one on both sides. thank you very much, next time we come to Twisp we will stay with you!”

“Room was clean but beds were just ok. Deep tub had no safety grab bars so getting in and out eas tricky. Electronic check in had issues- code was supposed to be sent by 4pm but did not come so we had to ask. We got it after two requests around 415. Pool gate had no instructions on how to open.”
