"This property is great! Clean, bright, and in like-new condition. The host, Chris, was extremely helpful and responsive to messages and questions about the Brewster and Cape Cod area. The condo is in a great location on the golf resort, and it’s a convenient short drive to all the great aspects of Brewster. The only improvements I would request are that the bathroom doors don’t easily close; the hallway shower needs an extended shower wall or curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting all wet during showers; and the hot water does not last long when you have a family of 4 that needs to shower. Other than that, we would definitely consider returning to this property!!"

"This historic Inn was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. We were greeted on arrival in the lobby by the friendly innkeeper. She showed us around and gave us a welcome gift of delicious cookies packaged with our name on it. Every detail of this Inn was perfect. The room was VERY clean. The bedroom was historic with the furniture and decorations and the bathroom was updated and modern and extremely beautiful. The Inn has won awards for Best Inn, and it is well-deserved. If I had to return I Cape Cod I would stay here again. Just gorgeous. "

"We vacation at the Cape almost every year and had one of our best experiences staying at this home. Jenny was very responsive to any questions. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, time spent in the backyard was very pleasurable, convenient location. Happy to have stayed there and hope to be back next year!!"

The proximity to the bay was the perfect walk for optimum beach time and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our golden retriever to join in on the vacation too! Mary, the property manager, was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a great stay at this property! The bath towels and bed sheets were provided with the rental. It was so great not having to worry about packing them. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet about an hour or so after we arrived. We contacted Vacasa and their communication was excellent, and it was taken care of immediately. The rental was very clean and spacious. I was nervous about the only AC being in the loft but it did keep the whole house pretty cool and it was pretty hot this week. Everything was really great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great week!!"
