"If you love a hotel with history but with all the modern amenities then this a fantastic choice. Using the app on the TV to order room service was great but no special requests could be made and also there is no phone to request the tray should be collected. The hotel is very well located. I personally thought 30 Euro's per day for parking was too high especially when sometimes the car was just parked outside the door. As a gold member who's entitled to a room upgrade I always find it quiet disappointing when I arrive at a hotel after checking availability 5 min before arrival to be told there is no available rooms. I didn't argue and was grateful to get the bottle of wine. Also we really needed the late check out which was the main reason I booked this hotel and sadly we didnt manage to get that. Lastly I would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Zagreb"
