「We absolutely loved staying in this apartment for our stay in lake como and would definitely stay here again.
Patrizia and Luca were amazing hosts and I would go as far to say the nicest and most helpful hosts I have ever had staying at a property. They really did go above and beyond to ensure our stay was worthwhile, such as buying in additional snacks and drinks upon arrival and offering to pick us up from the train station. My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. 「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
