Great place to crash after skiing

The house was great for our family to rest, make dinner and relax after mornings on the slopes. Scott was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen is super stocked up, which was helpful for big family dinners.

Family and Friends getaway

Great place to stay. The pool is a great feature and jacuzzi was great after a day in the snow. The garage for parking was perfect. Plenty of room for our group.

Perfect Brian head location

Great place to stay

The location was good, its very close to the lifts. The kitchen is nice and makes cooking a home meal easy. There is a large dinning table so everyone has a place to sit. The capsule beds were surprisingly cozy.

Close to the resort

This place was close to the resort, which was nice. I had accidently booked the suite for the wrong dates and Scott was very nice about crediting me for the wrong dates and getting me in on the correct date.

Eclipse in Brian Head

Great property! Lots of stairs! Loved the fireplace and the kitchen is well-stocked. Lots of beds and even has a movie collection that the housekeepers can bring up.

We had a great time in Brian Head. Enjoyed the skiing and the location was perfect.

The location was ideal for skiing. Very close, easy to get to, and covered parking for the winter months. A bit of stairs to work through but no problem for our family. Thanks Scott for being available for any need we had.

Great Location, Perfect stay for large family.

Host Scott was very communicative! Plenty of room for our large family. The ski in/ski out wasnt really accesible but mainly due to the large amount of snow the are received recently. But lift access was only a short 5 minute drive away. Would recommend and stay there again.

Mountain retreat

What a great location! We really enjoyed the proximity to the ski resort. My kids loved that there was a pool. There were plenty of beds and clean linens for them. The price was very fair. If I had one criticism, the condo could use a spring cleaning in the books and crannies and an update on some of the furniture.

Cross country team up from Vegas to run trails out of the heat! We were disappointed that the pool ans hot tub were not operational-but otherwise had a great stay!

Great location, host, and check in process. Place does not look like the photos. Again place does not look like the photos. Major let down because the hot tub was broken. It worked but the place was over rated.

Stayed only 1 night and that was enough for my family and I. Property was old and in desperate need of updating, I’ll leave it at that! Way too many stairs, non working heated pool that burned eyes, lungs and gave my children bad headaches, out of order dryers and coin machine that took our money. Also saw a couple of people walking around in the building that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe being alone while washing my clothes. Would not return to this property again.

Fun spot but lots of stairs

The good- Great place with lots of beds. Huge well stocked kitchen. Great location. Walking distance to the top of the small mountain. Plenty of great indoor parking. The bad- so many stairs. No elevator. To get to the pool you have to walk down two flights, across the parking garage, up another flight of stairs, across an outdoor walkway ip another flight of stairs and down a long hall way. Also where laundry and gym are as well. Hot tub was broken the entire stay. No washer/dryer in the room. Broken coin machine in the laundry room so couldnt dry any snow clothes and the super small laundry room was full. Way too small for that size of building. A condo this big and this expensive needs a washer and dryer. The condo itself is really two bedroom-two bath with tons of beds stuffed in every possible spot. Would have been uncomfortable with more people. The walk back to the condo from the lift is all uphill. Adter a day if snowboarding it was a HIKE to get back to the room. On the last day we just had family come pick us up. All in all we enjoyed the property. Great communication for the most part. We would stay here again.

Black mold and dirt abound

I have read through all of the previous reviews and understand the owner will respond by saying “She is wrong! I just spent so much on updating and buying new art!” Sadly, painting over black mold again and again and turning filthy rugs does NOT a Prince Suite make! We thought the excellent price was due to it being off season as it is a ski resort. However, we were stunned by the appalling level of dirt, outdated decor, and black mold in this unit. The main lodge of the condo has slightly cleaner carpets and furniture. The pool and hot tub seemed to be well maintained. The other buildings, however, left much to be desired. The main rug in the living room area must have recently been turned as part of the rug was gray and matted while the other part was fresh and clean - giving us a stark look at just how much filth was in the rug! The bathroom fans did not work in either bathroom and there was black mold coming through the paint on the walls. Add to this the 5 gallon bucket of paint in the master closet and it looks as if the owner is painting over the mold each time it gets too bad. We are going home with one raging fever, and several hacking coughs thanks to mold sensitivities. If you are considering Cooper Chase for a relaxing time away, please reconsider. Your lungs will thank you!
