"The lodge is dated and it shows. The staff are nice but were not very responsive. We had several issues with our room that took them days to address. Our room was not cleaned when we got there and smelled of rotting food. We eventually found a bag of trash in the room from the previous guests.It also had a gas leak from the fireplace that they just told us to “air out.” Most of the lodge features like the pool waterfall and fire pits were not turned on for the duration of our stay. I did talk to the hotel staff multiple times about the issues with our room and they did eventually (day 2) take out the trash and clean the room. It was disappointing overall and I would not return. "

"The house was very dusty. There was a layer of dust on all the blinds, in the kitchen island and all the florals around the house. The vacuum cleaner was left out and the canister was filled with dirt and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The pots and pans were dirty and I had to wash them before I used them. My grandsons are sensitive to dust and caused their allergies to worsen. I should have read the review which had a similar complaint. We are charged a cleaning fee. I would suggest hiring a cleaning company to do a deep cleaning which will help with future visitors. "

"We loved our stay! We would definitely pick to stay here again. Plenty of parking. Close to skiing. Beautiful views. Lots of clean, comfortable beds. Big kitchen. Great kitchen supplies. Updated washing machines. Lots of toiletries. This was the perfect stay for our family and friends. "

"Scott's property is directly off the Navajo lift run, making it a true ski in and ski out. The home was clean and loaded with all the amenities including a coffee pot and Keurig and nearly any kitchen supply you might need! Thanks Scott!"
