Nous avons passe une belle semaine, l appartement est certe un peu ancien.
Mais il reste tres fonctionnel, a côté des commerces .

Read this before booking
Only WIFI for 4 persons whereas the ad was for an appartment of 6 persons.
The ski locker is far too small for 6 persons: it is only possible to store the ski material for 2 persons in the locker.
The ski locker room is not heated and it is not ventilated.
The appartment was dirty: staircase, garbage bin, carpet, the big seat, a small seat was not proper at all.
Moreover, when we raised all these issues at the agency, they just did not provide any help at all. They only explained that they did not get earlier complaints like this and that they would pass our remarks to the owner. Finally we did not hear at all from the owner.
On top of that, we have had problems with the returnal of the deposit from the agency FONCIA Briançon.
The agency took a deposit of 300 EUR for the appartment at the beginning of the rental. The only way to pay that deposit, was with a credit card, so all this is pretty standard and is fine.
We left the appartment at the end of the rental as you may expect. After four days, we reminded the agency that they did not release the reservation of the deposit. We also reminded the agency on the fifth day that they did not release the reservation of the 300 EUR. Foncia Briançon confirmed that they have read our message, but Foncia did not release the reservation of the 300 EUR ! Finally we called our bank of our credit card and we got the advice to cancel the credit card and indicate as reason 'attempt of fraud'. We followed the advice from our bank.

close to Priorel
We enyoyed our stay in the apartment. Location is excellent so close to skilift. The inventory of the app and overall state of furniture needs an update/renovation. In all I think the apartment is overpriced.
