“Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are……

“Non è stata un’esperienza positiva. Ci siamo fermati due notti. Il primo giorno a colazione mancava praticamente tutto ( siamo scesi alle 9 e la colazione viene servita fino alle 10). Uova, croissants, pain au chocolat. Non c’era quasi nulla. Dopo molta attesa sono state portate delle uova strapazzate fredde ( da frigorifero) e della pancetta cruda. Tornati in hotel alle 15 la camera non era stata pulita e c’erano ancora i nostri asciugamani a terra. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci hanno……

“Siamo stati due notti a inizio luglio, eravamo già stati qualche anno fa. Zona tranquilla, circondata da belle montagne, vicino alle terme di Monetier Les Bains. Hotel pulito, camere con moquette, possibilità di accedere alla spa interna prenotando alla reception (era chiusa per pulizia settimanale di sabato e domenica). Disponibilità di colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet prenotabili in reception. Piccola piscina in giardino (era chiusa sabato). C'è un parcheggio a pagamento nell'hotel e alcuni……

“The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. ”

“Hôtel très bien situé, très propre, la salle de bains avec grande baignoire fantastique. Le jeune a l’accueil est vraiment agréable et serviable. Par contre extrêmement déçue du petit déjeuner qui ne vaut absolument pas son prix. Très peu de choix, très peu de quantité, et même pas une carafe d’eau à dispo. 16€ c’est trop, ça n’en méritait même pas 10…”

“No air conditioning - it was 27 outside in the middle of the night and ... 29 inside 😞 Other than that, the guy in charge of night patrol didn't want give us a piece of bread even though we arrived late. Other than that : it was good. Just don't late and hungry and don't expect air conditioning or a calm street to open the windows”

“Hébergement d'une semaine début juillet 2026. Tout neuf ! Même les casseroles :-) . L'appartement était spacieux du moins la salle de sejour et le balcon, les chambres peut être un peu moins mais restent au standard français (environ 1 m autour du lit). Le lit en 160x200. La piscine environ 10m. Seul le parking exterieur nous parait un peu juste lors d'une période de haute saison bien que pas rempli en ce début juillet. Nous gardons l'adresse.”

“L’hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas du centre et des restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner pris sur la véranda le long de la riviere est fantastique ! Nous rieviendrons dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement.”
