Second time staying here and we quite like the room and location. We will certainly return.
However the one odd frustration was that we asked in advance that we would have a cot in the room, we paid the $25 per night for it. When I checked in I mentioned it again and they said it would be delivered to the room that afternoon. Later in the afternoon I inquired again and they said they would bring it up. When getting home late for the 1st night it was not there so I slept on the couch with a towel.
The next day I cancelled the request to get the extra money paid back. Which I did recieve. But it was surprising that there wasn't even an acknowledgement/apology for the slip up.
I will certainly return, but that issue was an odd one that I hope they are more attentive to in the future.

Property was great. Location very close to public transit. Check in process is a bit "unique" and a little confusing but it works. You get good value for your money.

The property was great and I appreciate the convenient early check in. The room was clean but I only had my room cleaned once in four 4 nights and they didn’t bother to take the trash out. My main concern was the breakfast buffet, it was absolutely horrible. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was ice cold, pancakes, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns. And they charged $40 a person for that. They gave my table the pitcher of OJ and coffee from the table next to us when they left. 1 star for the Resturant, we never went back to it again and that’s bad because we would have enjoyed it every morning otherwise. The VIP discount had to be applied at checkout also for the “VIP” discount too because server didn’t know what I was talking about when checking out.
