“I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is.
This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate.
The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere.
Our room had two large brown stains from a leak……

“Everything was great! The host was very responsive and helpful with accommodating any needs we had! The room was clean & cozy. It was also private and felt safe. They were willing to let two of our friends stay if needed as well (on an air mattress of course), despite the space being made more for only 2 guests, which was very helpful for us. We stayed for a UT football game, & it was about a 10-15 min drive !”
