"Clean rooms, easy check in, nice staff"

"Its a good budget hotel if you need something cheap cost wise. The hotel could use an upgrade, the wall paper was peeling on the 4th floor ( unless its under construction and just no sign posted), not sure on the others. The room was clean, smelled fine as well. The bathroom stocked and beds neat, although the mattresses could use an upgrade, very dented in the middle. The HVAC unitnin the room is VERY noisy and did keep me up all night as it kicked on and off. The television worked but also could be upgraded to a smart tv. The big problem was the door lock was extremely difficult to get to work. I almost broke my hand trying to get it to lock. In general it got the job done and if i needed a low cost place to stay again I would."

"No stove there, the window didn't lock so anyone could have slid it open, and entered. The sink would stop up in the bathroom. Other than that not bad for the price. Oh, and there were ants if you left anything on the sink. Not the best, but also not the worse i would stay again, the staff was very helpful "

"It was nice but way over priced. Also didn’t appreciate the surprise parking fee that was charged after it was completely prepaid. Because of that fee, I would not book there again regardless of the amount. 308 dollars is too much for a hotel in Liverpool ny. I been to resorts on the oceanfront for less than that. "

"The staff were friendly, breakfast poor , cleanliness ok . But served our purpose but also very busy time with all the sporting events going on . They were booked. Arrived to no towels and condiments in room . Coffee situation was poor. For the amount that is charged poor but okay for the purpose. "
