「Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.」

「lovely house with all amentirs, living room is excelent, has return to home feel. dinner in the room is perfectly for traveller. you must drive because it is far from town 」

「A wonderful hotel with beautiful environment, spacious room, confortable simming pool and best restaurant.」

「Overall our experience with the Glynhill hotel was pretty good. Their staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to requests asked of them. We didn't book b&b as that was not suitable for our needs, so cannot comment on breakfast, however we did have an evening meal on three occasions and they were excellent, so I'm sure their breakfasts would also have been just as good. It is advisable to book a table for dinning as they are very busy. In short we had a very enjoyable stay at Glynhill...

「Only stayed one night, booked on the hop. Very helpful reception staff, very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Bed was really comfy. We didn't use amenities or restaurant but all looked to a high standard.」

「Double size bed was comfy 」

「Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great.」
