I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. ...

Friendly staff who guided us through self check in. The room was nice but needs updating. The club size room had a lovely bed that was comfortable and roomy. Shower was good too. Breakfast was nice . Parking was easy and it was ready to find from the motorway.
