"The property was clean and up to date. It was perfect for us 6. It was a short walk to beach and the passes were included, big plus! It had a nice view of the bay, sunsets were amazing. They had games to play in the living room, the rooms were so spacious. It had 1 bathroom and it wasn’t an issue, shower was big and plenty of storage space for everyone’s stuff, it was all girls so you can imagine how much there was. "We visited Asbury Park for a music festival, and this property was perfect! Cody was an amazing and accommodating host. For example, we needed to iron some clothing prior to dinner on Friday evening, and couldn't find an ironing board. I messaged Cody, and when we came back from a long afternoon of shopping, there was a brand-new iron and ironing board waiting for us on the front porch. We felt like kids on Christmas morning. I highly recommend staying here and will do it again when we come back...

"Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall...

"Lovely place, nice location for walking to the beach. Could not reach the owners by phone but were able to email them. Did not know what to expect as far as conveniences expect that there was a fridge and stove, and was told no coffee pot or microwave. Were pleasantly surprised to find dishes, pots and pans, a keurig machine and a microwave. Room was comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend to others coming to Ocean Grove."
