"The room was cute… and small. No dresser, but had strange cubicles to crowd stuff into. No parking except for valet, which we knew beforehand but which was still such a major pain in the neck. Also, not fond of the reusable cups and lack of plastic disposable cups."

"There's no front desk so youre supposed to call in at least 24 hours in advance to check in. I didn't read into it, that's my fault. However, I called the number provided, they messaged me with a room number and passcode for the lock. We could see our room from the parking lot, the door was hanging ..."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
