“Das grosse Haus, ausserhalb von Morcote ist sehr schön gelegen. Für das Besteigen der über 150 Treppentritte wird man mit einer super Aussicht belohnt! Am Morgen und Abend ist man gerne auf der grossen Terrasse und geniesst den Blick auf den See. Durch den kurzen Weg bis zum See, geht man sehr viel Baden, geniesst die kleine Liegewiese, das vorhandene StandUpPaddle und das Gummiboot (vor allem unsere Kinder). Alles ist wie beschrieben. Der Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist……

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect……

“My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Feroza is a wonderful host, very kind, she left us eggs from her own hens, marmalade made from the fruit of her own trees, homemade cake and she was very helpful. The location right on the lake is amazing, and the view of the mountains I will never forget, the villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We loved it and would stay there in a heartbeat if ever we were in the area again Feroza thank you……

“Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab. “Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert. Betten sind bequem und auch die Couch lädt……

“Das Häuschen ist perfekt für eine Familie, da man auf 2 Stockwerken lebt. So ist Platz für alle. Leider gibt es nur 1 Dusche....das ist ein riesen Engpass mit 5 Kindern. Aber hat geklappt. Die Heizung ist des öfteren ausgefallen, aber mein Mann ist ein 'Handyman' und konnte alles leicht wieder in Schwung bringen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist prima, für kleinere Kinder allerdings gar nicht empfehlenswert, da man die Sachen vom Auto weit tragen muß und die Straße……

It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c.
