"Our handicapped accessible room was very close to the lobby and was attractive and nicely furnished. The roll in shower was very well designed so the controls and the supplies were easily reachable and water didn't run onto the bathroom floor. The pool was great! The TV reception was marginal and there were not enough lamps in the bedroom area for reading in bed."

"This was the cleanest hotel I've been in for years. It is relatively new and is not showing any signs of wear yet. The bathrooms were spotless. And our room was beautifully clean. I did not use the free breakfast buffets feature. So I cannot comment on the quality of the food. But my was great. And I will be staying there again."

"Conveniently located directly off the interstate yet quiet- everything was spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, staff were extremely friendly, and the coffee was wonderful- what more do you need? Convenient to the New River Gorge park and near lots of food options."

"We didn't have the breakfast, so can't report about that. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but clean. Our only complaint is that the wifi was sporadic to nonexistent. Occasionally we could sign on for a short time, then we'd be kicked off again. Still, a good visit."

"A nice motel, a bit dated and modest, but a good value for the money. I was here during the off-season, so very quiet. There is a restaurant and bar in the lodge that has live music, but my schedule did not allow me to try either. Overall very satisfied."
