This home is also a perfect base for paragliders, for viewing vibrant autumn colours and for winter snow trips to nearby Mt Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo (2 toboggans are available for guest use).

The remaining 2 bedrooms are located privately down the other wing of the home, with a full family bathroom and a well-appointed laundry. At the heart of the home is an open plan design incorporating kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. A second living space has a queen sofa bed and a table tennis table for some extra fun!
Keep warm in winter and cool in summer, this property contains split system reverse cycle heating/air conditioner in all bedrooms and the main living area.
The outdoor area is equipped with BBQ and single pizza oven and seating to accommodate all guests - perfect to enjoy at any time for morning coffee, lunch, happy hour or dinner.
