"Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. "

"The property is nothing like shown on the website. The loft with a bed is only a dream. If a dormitory like building & a shoebox of a room with a brick wall for view is to your liking then Kasa is just that. Homeless camps within view of the entrance is also worth mentioning. I checked in via virtual front desk, walked into the room and walked right out. Called Kasa & the agents were fantastic by phone & texts for lip service but useless for a refund solution, allegedly due to the booking done...

"Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. Location is the best part...

"Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome "

"This condo was perfect for us. Our teens had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. You walk out of the second floor right onto the slopes at the orange bubble heated chair lift. The building also had a shuttle for going to town for dinner or shopping. The base is very walkable from the condo. We ski the Rockies every year and this is one of the best set up condos we have stayed in."

"Perfect location if you’re looking to ride Brighton. Nice size for a 5-6 people. Communication was great. Only issue was having 1 half-broken snow shovel for +40” inches of snow during my stay."
