Booked room through Expedia 2 weeks in advance. Got to the hotel to check in and were told they received the reservation from Expedia but did not have a room for us. Never bothered to contact us to let us know ahead of time, never offered to help us find another place to stay nor gave any reasonable explanation on how this happened. We were left in an unfamiliar area late in the evening with no place to stay. Terrible experience!!

Such a nice hotel! Rooms and clean modern and extremely comfortable. Location is ideal as there are many stores and restaurants close by. Would highly recommended!

It was good. Everything we needed.
The staff was super friendly. The. trashes needed to be taken out in the breakfast area, but other than that, it was great. An update to the hall carpet would be nice and a hot tub.

It's quite nice. Very modern, very new. The breakfast wasn't very appetizing but others will likely not find it as disagreeable as I did.

Very clean
Very clean brand new hotek. The employees i encountered were not friendly though. They were not welcoming or pleasant. Perhaps it was the decor though. It was too bright, too white it was stark and sterile m the lights werenso white theh were blinding. Breakfast was good though u was surprised a weekday breakfast did not start at 6 which we would have preferred.

One Shining Star
Decent hotwl for decent price. Not as clean as you hope. I had to wipe down the bedside tables and the toilet. Deep cleaning should happen on a schedule for the bathroom. Its just surface clean. The shiwer doora have soap scum, and the shower pan has crud build-up in the corners. ONE SHINING STAR was Annabelle. We took her advice about the Blue Water Bridge, and pur trip was great. That gal is going places!

there was no one around when i checked in or out(had to go find a worker to find who we needed) coffee was aweful no hot breakfast at 7 no receipt. place was clean and quiet just those service issues
