Terrible hotel, not recommended.

Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then, when we asked the reception for more towels, they replied they don't kmow where they are kept as the housekeeping staff are no longer around. At my insistence, they managed to call someone to ask for the store where the towels are kept. Overall, very bad experience for the 2 night stay and definitely not worth the money. The only plus point is its location which is close to many eateries.

Budget hotel

The facilities is very poor, hard to find parking, toilet door broken, bath tub already corroded. There is only 1 thing is ok, their staff, others need some major improvement.

Good location, at the heart of Cameron

Apart from the hotel condition, the stay was good. The hotel really needs to look at especially room 202, with toilet flies all over the toilet, the floor is always wet due to leaking and the rotten door. However, I must admit what attracted me the hotel was the location, at Brinchang which was close to almost everything. We had the morning Sunrise and it was good

Not worth it

Totally disappointed! Not worth the price we paid for! The room was so old! The bedsheets so faded! The furnitures are so bad! The bath tub so ugly! And the worst part, no hot water on our second day! The whole property need improvement!

The hotel is budget hotel

The hotel is located at the town center of Brinchang, it's easy to get street food but not easy to find carpark. As I know it is budget hotel, we didn't expect it's in a very good condition, but the twin room is too small to bring our big luggage in, bed sheet and pillow cases are not clean. It's very noises and hard to keep sleep in the morning after 5am, because of the very high volume boardcast from the local Mosque.

Hotel is strategically located in Brinchang town, near amenities and restaurants.It is located next to the Fire Station.Location of Hotel was wrongly marked in Google Maps and Waize which can cause confusion to new visitors. Night market is within walking distance.Public parking, though available, is limited. Stayed in Family room which was comfortable for 4 persons. Room had fan for ventilation unlike some other hotels.Breakfast is not provided but there are several restaurants nearby. Overall hotel is value for money.
