A most beautiful holiday

We had a a great week at the lake. The house was amazing with a stunning view, just like on a postcard. All convience in the house were super and it was verry clean. We did a lot of walking, swimming and visit several villages. Within 15 minutes we weten in Italy and visit a nice market. We defently would like to come back

Charmant rustikal

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Casa Vecchia, die Lage fast am Waldrand oberhalb von Locarno bietet eine tollen und teilweise dramatischen Blick über den See bei verschiedensten Wetterlagen sowie Wanderungen in die anliegende Berge. Es gibt unendlich viele schöne Ausflüge von hier aus, ein Auto sollte man allerdings lieber haben, da es auch sehr steil runtergeht in die Stadt. Die Stube ist klein aber urgemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig und blicken über die gesamte Landschaft, sie riechen sehr angenehm und die Betten sowie die gesamte Ausstattung ist von einer sehr guten Qualität und mit sehr viel Liebe ausgesucht. Der Weg um den Haus zu den Schlafzimmern war für uns unproblematisch und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Etwas Vorsicht ist trotzdem bei den unregelmässige Stufen angebracht. Auch sollte man das Lichtsystem erstmal auschecken, der Weg ist dann ausreichend beleuchtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Ilse war immer schnell und hilfreich. Wir möchten auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und können die Wohnung für Menschen, die das Rustikale geniessen, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erlebnisreichen Urlaub mit traumgafter Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in den Zimmern war es angenehm kühl im Gegensatz zu den tropischen Außentemperaturen.

Kein Haus, sondern nur verteilte, einzelne Zimmer mit Außentoilette

Das Gebäude besteht aus einzelnen Zimmern, die nicht verbunden sind. Jedes Zimmer muss separat abgeschlossen werden. Bad und Toilette sind ebenfalls in einem separaten Zimmer. Von der Küche geht es über krude Steinstufen um das Haus herum zu den anderen Zimmern. Trittsicherheit erforderlich! Abends nicht beleuchtet! Keine Info zur Nutzung Boiler Bad oder Kamin. Kein Mülleimer vorhanden. Bei unserer Anreise gab es Bettzeug nur im oberen Schlafzimmer. Mußten nachfragen und es selbst suchen/beziehen. Bei 50 EUR Gebühr für Bettwäsche frech. Nicht zu empfehlen. Lauferei um das Gebäude ist nervig.

Traumhafte Woche

Wir durften eine traumhafte Woche in zauberhafter Atmosphäre genießen. Der Blick auf den Lago ist unübertroffen. Die Aufteilung der Räume hat uns zugegebener Maßen anfangs irritiert, aber ich kann nur jedem raten, sich darauf einzulassen, dann kann man in diesem Haus einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Eine wunderschöne Woche im Tessin

Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Locarno mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und eingerichtet. Herrliche Tage für eine Auszeit am Lago Maggiore. Auch direkt vom Haus gibt es sehr schöne Wanderwege zur Cardata.

Sehr schöne Rustikale Unterkunft

Sehr schöne rustikale Wohnung. Abends wird es etwas kühl, aber durch Heizstrahler in Küche und Bad ist gut vorgesorgt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und wir haben es sehr genossen die vielen Eidechsen auf dem Grundstück zu beobachten. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Besonderes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben die Tage im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar und an schönster Aussichtslage. Das alte Haus ist sehr authentisch und doch sehr schön einfach und komfortabel ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn waren jeweils sehr angenehm. Wandergebiet, Wald und Stadt (Locarno, Ascona) sind unmittelbar erreichbar. Wir können das Haus für entspannte Ferientage sehr empfehlen.

Außergewöhnlich

Wie schade, dass wir für Lage, Umgebung und Gesamtbewertung nur 5 Sterne vergeben können. So fügen wir auf diesem Wege noch drei Sonnen hinzu! Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus in traumhafter Lage hat uns den Abschied sehr schwer gemacht. Da bleibt nur eins: wir kommen wieder.

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Lago

Schönes Tessiner Haus. Allerdings mit 2. Mietpartei im Nachbarhaus den Garten geteilt. Es gibt also keine Privatsphäre. War bei uns okay, da die Gäste sehr freundlich waren. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Viele Spinnweben und Staub unter dem Bett. Kein natürlicher Schattenplatz vor dem Haus. Küchenausstattung lässt einige Wünsche offen (Toaster, Espressokanne…). Sonst haben wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Einfach Traumhaft

Die Lage ist einfach grandios. Der Umweg ums Haus, für die Toilette, Schlafzimmer usw. Ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und Tadellos eingerichtet. Können das Objekt nur empfehlen!
