Stayed for one night so limited review scope. Positives: Close to airport and rental car return. Good room rates. Room was clean apart from one item below. Air con cooled well. Double windows helped keep noise low. Generous with tea/coffee and cookies. Negatives: Coffee cups dirty, not washed. Shower hot tap handle fell off. Toilet floor tile adrift. Toilet - no air extraction. Occasional traffic noise - main road, close to intersection

We would definitely stay at this accomodation again. For others out there just letting you know that from the domestic airport to here was $33.00 plus in a taxi. It advertises free airport shuttle but fails to mention that it is from accomodation to airport only. Also need to make sure you book that in advance if possible as they do a 6.30am run and a 7am trip. If full you will miss out. So if in doubt you could afford to pay more at a closer facility by at least $66.00. However- the reception lady was fantastic as was the dining room waitress. The food was lovely. The chef knows his job! On the whole this place is to be recommended but be wary about shuttle service. Very quiet after about 10pm. And yes - they do have room service for meals and wakeup calls so you can have a good sleep knowing the wakeup call will get you up. Enjoy.

Only in for overnight as we had an early AM flight. Good location for the airport. Rooms are standard- lighter coloured bed spreads would go a long way the charcoal ones make the room dark and dull.

Staff were accommodating and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food at a reasonable price. The room was larger than expected for a studio. We weren’t bothered by the road noise due to hearing loss but it’s on a busy road.

Room booked was for 5 , 1 queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. What we received was 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa. When asked staff was rude and said well we have no rooms with a queen, two twins and a sofa that's your problem.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was convenient to the airport. It was not close to anything the people were nice but so are all Australians. I would have appreciated if someone were to walk us through the accommodations and how to work appliances and lights. The room had very thin walls and I could hear people upstairs. The room and bathroom were a good size. The bedding was terrible. I don’t find a blanket until the following night and it was not very luxurious. The towels were not delivered the second day, let alone cleaned the room. They had no facecloths so if you plan on using a towel to clean yourself, you will need to use a much larger towel. There were no plugs to plug the sink. The lights only worked when the key was inserted so I banged my head stumbling for the light. Restaurant wasn’t open because they didn’t have enough weight staff and a maid disappeared in the middle of cleaning the room and the staff has not called the police while I was there

The hotel need to hire new cleaner's as they are definitely not doing their jobs properly. Upon arriving to the room we needed to heat a bottle up for the baby only to find old food from previous people left in the microwave. There no cleaning supplies at all for us to use to do dishes, sweep floors etc when ur u have sigjns up to make sure room is left clean n dishes done on departure. The bathroom i the small bed room when having a shower the bottom of it just filled up like a pool and flooded the area due to the water not excaping. And the smell was bad comming from it we knew there was a blockage of some sort. When lifted to lid on the drain hole in shower almost almost passed out with the smell and what i seen. I ended up unbloccking the drain hole my self and to my surprise it was able to drain property. I shouldnt of had to do that the cleaning staff should be making sure its unblocked and remove all the excess hair and crap that goes down with showers i will post the photos so u can see what pulled out. Clearly not happy with cleanliness and shiuld get some kind of money back for the suitation we had to deal with. Sry but it wont let me upload the photos but i did email them to management

There was no aircon in twin room where I slept it was very hot that night. We only spent seven hours there as we had an early. Plane flight. The beds were comfortable and was well set up but the paint was still fresh and the fumes overpowering

The 3 bedroom Villa was great for a family of 6
A family of 6 - grandparents, parents and two kids booked the 3 bedroom Villa and it was ideal! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. There is a lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and then bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There was also a garden area and balcony upstairs. We ate dinner in the little restaurants and all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful when we approached them. Key collection and check in process went smoothly. Mini bar was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep. It was disappointing to find a pile of used linen overflowing the bin outside our room when we arrived, which stayed there the whole weekend. The restaurant was closed so we had to go out for food; the mosquitoes were bad, the window blind was broken, the floors could have been cleaner and our room was not serviced while we were there. Overall, pretty average.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite large! Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Hotel shuttle was convenient and easy to book. Would recommend staying at this hotel!!
