“The apartment was clean and a excellent place to stay”

“Not Impressed at all!! I booked a Riverview room and got a concrete vacant area view instead plus our allotted carpark was very tight between two columns. We could’ve been given a bigger carpark since no one seemed to be using them during our stay. Even though the room looked new it wasn’t maintained very well, there was filthy grout in the shower, long black hairs left in the bathroom, not much toilet paper for two nights and poor quality paper provided. The kitchen sink plug didn’t work. I……

“I enjoyed my stay in a spacious and comfortable exceptionally clean studio room. The staff were lovely and everything about the stay was seamless. ”

“The room was very clean. It was secure parking, secure stay, no noise, very good for family. 3-5 minutes max drive for the nearest shopping centre. Though we had bit of hiccups in check-in but our request for reasonable late check-out was approved. The comms with owner was also good. Love to go back and stay the same place for my next visit.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
