Thai property was in a look location which was easy access to walk into the mall or to Southbank. Horrible parking, the hotel parking was difficult to find and once found it was full. Was told to park elsewhere down the street after the receptionist told me it would be cheaper prices anyhow, which I never was told I would have to pay for parking in the first case as I believed I had paid for it in the booking fee since selecting parking. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff weren’t very helpful. Lifts took forever, waiting a while each time needing to use them even while it didn’t seem to be busy. Overall nice place but wouldn’t stay here again as the access with parking makes it annoying and easier to stay somewhere with better parking.
