Welcome to our home! We’ve taken great care to redesign, renovate & furnish the interior of our place into a cosy, spacious and contemporary guest-ready suite, while our apartment building itself might be one of the older ones in the highly sought-after inner-city location here in Hawthorne.

Dinning Table that can sit 4
Fully Equipped Kitchen with Crockery sets, utensils, oven, kettle, microwaves, electronic stove-hob, dishwasher etc. provided
Basic cooking supplies provided (oil, salt, pepper etc.)
Complimentary coffee & tea + seasonal/festival surprises for you if you are here at the right time ;)

Linens + towels + essentials provided. We can provide extra upon prior request for free!

We can prepare port-a-cot and/or high chair for families free of charge,
please contact us for to arrange the service prior to your arrival!

Here I have included some key points for an overview of our policies and guidelines for you to preview before you decide to book our place to ensure a pleasant stay:

1. . Check-In and Check-Out:
Standard check-in: After 3pm (GMT+10) BNE local time
Standard check-out: Before 10am (GMT+10) BNE local time
Early check-in or late check-out arrangement should be made at least 1 day before check in, subject to availability.
Uninformed early check-in or late check-out may incur additional administrative charges.

2. Apartment Key Handling & Lock Out Fee:
All our Airbnb Listings are unique private apartment with unique keys and it is costly and time consuming to replace keys! Please look after the keys that are given to you! Guests will be responsible for key replacement cost/locksmith fee if the key is lost during their reservation.
Default Key sets provision guideline:
1 set of key for studio, one-bedroom apartment and two-bedroom apartment.
2 sets of key for 3 bedroom apartment & house.
Extra key set request should be made at least 24 hour before check in and can be arranged with a key deposit of $100/extra set. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check out once all keys returned.
Extra key set request made less than 24 hour before check in or after check in might incur delivery charges.
Extra key set request is subject to key availability.
Lockout fee during business hours on weekdays: $50, after hours or weekends: $150.

3. Complimentary Starter Supply
Starter supplies provided as specified in listing description and it should last for 3 days; Replenishment possible upon request with fees.

4. Quiet Hours & Respect Quiet Enjoyment:
Quiet hours: 10PM to 7AM.
Respect neighbors and avoid disturbances.

5. Cleanliness:
Please look after our home for us while you are staying here! Guests should maintain general cleanliness of our properties. Excessive cleaning (see "additional rules'' for more info) may result in additional cleaning charges.

6. No Party or Events Rules & Visitor Policy:
Overnight guests must match the reservation.
Inform us in advance for daytime visitors exceeding occupancy.
No large gatherings or parties exceeding occupancy.
Penalties for violations, including fines and reservation termination.
