The access to the property was so confusing, information was sketchy and, in most cases, incorrect. The instructions came on the email but was not printer friendly and when i did print the wording was tiny and blurred, Lock box 63 was actually 53, after 30 minutes of searching in the dark and trying to hold a torch, the lockbox and put in a code i had to employ a stranger to help me. Instructions to returning the key to lockbox 52 then next sentence said 53, was told tower 1 and was actually tower 2, the concierge corrected us and several other parties of our correct towers.
When i called the 2 numbers i had to ask for help because i couldn't find the lockbox it went to message bank and to date have not received a return call from my message. The room was quoted at 07 but had 97 on the key itself.
The bed was meant to be a large double, although it had queen sheets on it was not a large double, the foot of the bed had timber ends that protruded past the bed, it may have been a queen base, and every time we kept hitting our kneecaps on it. There was dishwashing powder in the cupboard but no dishwasher, no plug for the sink so we could wash by hand.
The room was tiny, and we had to move aside to let the other move past as we couldn't pass each other without coming face to face. Bed was so close to the wardrobe i had to open wardrobe door to stand up from the bed otherwise i would have hit it with my head.
The only chairs wire an extremely uncomfortable.
