Well located for my purposes and reasonably quiet despite nearby traffic. The premises are fairly old and worn, but are adequately equipped and functional. Staff are welcoming and helpful (and available).

The motel was OK. The staff was friendly. The beds were super comfy which was the important thing. And it's walking distance to the centre of town. The curtains need replacing, they were block out except for where the holes were. And the fridge needs replacing as the rust in the bottom of it prevented it from closing.

Pros: The location was convenient for us. Food outlets and shopping close by. The shower was hot and water pressure was good and the room was reasonably tidy. Cons: The property is run down and the outside areas are quite unkempt. Parking is limited and an old car with flat tyres takes up one valuable space. While not the fault of the motel, hoons in noisy cars are up and down the street all day and half the night and the neighbouring property is an eyesore. It was adequate but glad we only had one night there.

Its a great place to stay, although be prepared for noise of traffic, I live in rural qld no noise at night. Such a large room, beds were very comfortable Receptionist was very attentive
