The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses sitting high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. This position provides unobstructed ocean views from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi Unit 1 which is set over three levels, comfortably sleeps six in the three bedrooms. Watch whales during the season from your own deck.
The unit has beautiful hardwood timber floors, European appliances, gas BBQ, and WIFI. Being North facing and architecturally designed, Warragi Unit 1 takes full advantage of the spectacular views and the bi-fold doors open onto spacious decks, with the large patio off the master bedroom a bonus parent retreat, perfectly capturing the summer breezes.
Please note access to the town house is via a flight of stairs which brings you to the middle level consisting of the kitchen, dining and living, and that there are two internal staircases,.one in each direction from this level.
Master bedroom on the lower level has a King bed, ensuite with spa and outdoor undercover area
Bedroom 2 on the top floor has a Queen bed, ensuite and views from its own balcony
Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed and is also located on the lower level.
The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.
This townhouse has a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy.

* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
