✔︎ Ultra-comfortable queen sized bed with all linens provided!
✔︎ Fully equipped Kitchen offered in a good size and very functional! (including stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, utensils and full sets of dinner wares etc.)
✔︎ Modern bathroom with all essentials provided including towels, shampoo etc.
✔︎ Air-conditioned throughout
✔︎ Private laundry facilities including washing machines and dryer
✔︎ Massive floor to ceiling windows for you to wake up on your bed admiring the busy city views!
✔︎ Private secure parking inside the building is available (**not suitable for large vehicles, the height of the carpark is 2.2m)

NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS

Our home is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm.
Our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am on the second day! Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood.

Check in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. It is a mobile app link which fits on iOS, Android, phones and tablets as well as desktop computers. By clicking on the link, you will be able to see detailed instructions with images, locations, nearby cafes and restaurants! If you have difficulty accessing the link, please message me anytime for assistance :)
Check out instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your departure! You can find how to check out in either the link provided to you before or on the Airbnb app! Please remember to take a photo of returned keys once you have checked out!

We will provide you with 1 set of keys by default. If you require extra keys it is subject to availability. Key replacement and ordering can be very expensive for private apartments and therefore we will require a separate key deposit of $100 if you need extra keys! Thank you so much for understanding!

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!
