The unit is situated close to the BCEC which is good for conference attendance. Key collection is located near busy Fish Lane and near impossible to find a park. I had to park 2 blocks back (out front of the units) and walk to the location in the dark, which also made it difficult to find the lock box amongst the many other ones (thank goodness for the torch on my iPhone). The key also needs to be returned to the lock box when checking out. Communication about check in was also a little unclear with details only being provided late in the day of check in, which had me concerned about when (and if) I would receive them. Once received they are extremely clear though.
