recommend this apartment, it's above average.

Apartment is spacious, and the photos on this website are similar to real rooms, the environment is pretty good and convenient, a woolworths, alcohol shop, and pharmacy are near to republic apartment, the staffs are helpful and welcome. A fly in the ointment is, some furnitures and kitchenware are worn out, such as the sofa, electric water boiler (but it's ok after changing a new one from the staff), range hood (even I don't need it).

hotel is tidy and big enough for family staying. unfortunately our car plates was stolen in the hotel car park and when we reported this to hotel reception they told us that they don't have security webcam to record all carpark space. Seems a little pity about it.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment 5 nigh and wanted to share my experience. While the location was convenient, there were several issues that detracted from my overall stay. Condition of the Apartment: The apartment is in need of some renovations. The carpets are heavily stained, and the couches are also showing signs of wear. The dining chairs were uncomfortable, as I could feel the timber coming through. Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly; it leaked water and the air levels were very low. I reported this issue to the receptionist and requested someone to check it, but unfortunately, no one came to address the problem. Overall, I believe that with some attention to maintenance and updates, this could be a much more pleasant place to stay.

Unfortunately we vacated this property after one night because of the noise level. If you're ok with noise, the apartment is quite spacious and was 'ok'. However, it is important to note that there is an ambulance station just below the apartments so we had sirens most of the night. There is no double glazing or anything on the windows, so you could hear everything. Whilst we have been trying to resolve our vacate with the property, we would not stay here again and would not recommend it if you're after a quiet stay! If noise doesn't bother you, the rest is average and acceptable. Really disappointed with our experience and the lack of adequate description to let people know of the close proximity to a headquarters for emergency vehicles that has them coming and going at all hours.

Spacious apartment with large balcony

Very nice appartment with separate bedroom and livingroom. The best equiped kitchen I have yet seen. Loved the washingmachine for fresh travel clothing. But there was no cleaning within the 6 days I stayed there and you had to take out the trash yourself, and more or less clean the room before departure

Home away from home

We booked a 10 night stay and were not disappointed. The location is excellent, with Woolworth supermarket a stone's throw away, 10min walk to the Water Front and its restaurants, Botanical gardens, Central train station, Queen's mall. If you're a 'walker' then you may cross to the Cultural Centre on the Southern part of town in 25min or so. The accommodation is pretty much self sufficient, amenities, clean and tidy, good selection of TV channels, as well as a gym and a pool that we certainly made good use of. The place was also very quite. We never had issues with noise at night either from other tenants or from the street. I certainly recommend the place and will be staying there when coming back to Brisbane next year.
