Nestled in the coastal village of Beachmere, this hidden gem sits on the serene waters of Moreton Bay, conveniently located midway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. With its stunning 27 meters of beachfront and panoramic 180-degree views spanning from Bribie Island to Redcliffe Peninsula, Sea Cottage offers a private paradise where breathtaking sea views become part of your daily routine.

Settle into a deckchair and watch the kids enjoy the sandy beach or safely swim, kayak, and paddleboard in the calm, shallow waters. Alternatively, explore the spacious gardens, perfect for fishing or a casual game. The interior of Sea Cottage captures the essence of coastal living, with decor inspired by seashells, driftwood, and the spirit of the wandering beachcomber.

This unique, quality brick house features five bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to maximize the spectacular sea views and proximity to the white sandy beach, while remaining close to Beachmere's quaint village center, shopping amenities, and the new Tavern.

The master bedroom boasts stunning ocean views, a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with Foxtel, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in robe. The second bedroom, also with ocean views, offers two king single beds and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three provides a cozy queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and overlooks the garden.

Bedrooms four and five, located on the right side of the house, offer additional comfort and privacy. Bedroom four, ideal for grandparents, features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch TV with full Foxtel. Bedroom five includes a single bed and a ceiling fan.

The large veranda, equipped with a 10-seater dining table, is perfect for al fresco meals, while the indoor 8-seater dining table provides the same spectacular views. Sea Cottage is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate one family or two, with bedrooms arranged in separate wings and a sprawling 1.25-acre garden offering ample space for extra cars and boats.

A short stroll takes you to the local shops and restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the beach or kayak to the nearby Beach Shack Café for a delicious breakfast or a relaxing lunch. Whether you swim, kayak, windsurf, boat, paddleboard, fish, or simply sunbathe on the sandy beach, Sea Cottage offers a range of activities for everyone.

At the end of a perfect day, entertain family and friends under the large covered outdoor living area, or venture out to the Tavern or local eateries. As you drift off to sleep on luxury beds, the gentle lapping of waves on the shore and the twinkling lights of distant islands will lull you into peaceful slumber.

In order to keep our prices low and thus suitable for couples escapes we have set up the reservation pricing system for three guests. There is an extra charge for more than three guests. Please request the exact number of guests on the booking form. Any additional guests even day visitors need to be approved by the property owner/managing agents before your arrival. We do not allow more than eight occupants at the property at one time this includes visitors. If you have booked to sleep eight at the property visitors will likely not be approved.

*Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels. Doonas and pillows will always be provided. You can hire linen for an additional cost of $38.00 per bed which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
