Immerse yourself with the ultimate in cosmopolitan Teneriffe lifestyle & location in this super-stylish 1 bedroom apartment with a private pool + courtyard garden!
Pack your walking shoes or heels/dress shoes, as you are in the midst of Teneriffe with its vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets + public transport at your doorstep.
You’ll never believe you are <3 km to the City in this sanctuary oasis + you can park your car in the allocated off-street carpark & leave it behind…
The space;
The designer apartment is beautifully furnished & amazingly unique with sliding doors onto your own private outdoor garden courtyard with pool
Put your feet up in the air-conditioning with streaming Netflix on the 45’ Smart TV, connect to the fast WiFi + take some zen time out in the peaceful surroundings...
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
There’s also a full laundry with washing machine to keep you clean :)
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + business travellers…but not for parties of any description.
Please note* We have a strict no party or gatherings policy & the property is entirely no smoking (our neighbours tell us). This is enforced by immediate eviction + security costs passed on (warning for those wanting to break the rules).
