The room was clean, spacious, dark and quiet. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Look forward to coming back.

Amazing stay
It was a shame that we could only stay for one night! It was a joy to stay somewhere with beautiful history, amongst all of the more modern buildings going up nearby. We can't wait to go back.

We were on the second floor and the room was huge with very high ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The staff were so helpful and made our stay there a delight

Good Evening, being our first stay in this hotel and for NYE we were very much looking forward to this stay however the room was terrible. We had to turn the AC off because it was so noisey, the room decor was old and cracked and in the morning we woke up with bed bug bites (pictures to show). Very disappointing and my first time to complain since using hotels.com.

Nice hotel, sizeable room with old world charm but a showing its age and in need of a bit of a spruce up. Phoned for directions to the car park, but was given directions to the hotel. Due to roadworks and location of the entry of the car park, I then had to drive around the block, past where I have sat in traffic about 15 minutes previously. But all good once finally there.

Wow. This place really needs an upgrade. Lovely property from the outside but walk in and you realise that it hasn’t been invested in for many many years. Old fashioned and very basic. Staff seemed under trained and almost resigned to offering a low quality experience. Luckily we were only there for one night in transit !!

Hotel was in a very convenient location, staff were very pleasant, respectful and very accommodating. Room was very spacious, bed was so comfortable for a great night sleep. choices for breakfast were enough, good coffee We got the extra package for parking, late check out, breakfast and $50 food voucher which was well worth obtaining.

I just wanted to know that food/ beverage credit means food and beverage or food, no acceptable only beverage in casino bar. I would haven’t bought it if I had known. But the room was amazing and staffs are so friendly. I will come back.
