“Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking”

“As advertised. Slight hiccup with code for check-in, but super responsive and helped me right away.”

“My wife and I were there for 6 nights to visit our son in Providence. The pictures represent the interior of the unit very well, in a nice neighborhood.Did not spend much time in the rental but thought it was stocked nicely with items you use on a daily basis Host was helpful and responsive to questions. If we return in the future would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Perfect location beautiful place”

“Hosts are very accommodating and prompt with replies. Perfect for our needs when visiting our som who is a college student here.”

“The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and each space had its own AC/heater. Great location. The host and property manager had good communication and were easy to work with. The property manager went above and beyond even dropping off new batteries for a TV remote control. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place in a great location! We walked everywhere. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great communication with host.”

“The location was great , the apartment was clean , the host was easy to reach . On the flipside. The apartment was misrepresentation. The furniture was cheap furniture I was afraid to sit on it , in fear that it would break and then I would have to replace it. There was only one loveseat in the living room, which only one person could sit on. Only one of the two TVs was working even after I asked him to come help turn it on and he did and as soon as he left the TV went back out there was no……

“Comfortable and convenient”

“A perfect home away from home! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We can't wait to visit again!”

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

“I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. When a guest is inconvenienced because they got the wrong address, the host should at least empathize or hopefully……

“We love this location, everything was clean, and had an amazing time”

“Great apartment in an ideal location. So many things to see and do just outside your door. Apartment is well appointed, charming, and comfortable. Perfect place to unwind in. Many have mentioned the stairs and yes, they are steep. A grab bar opposite the handrail might be a helpful addition. Top recommendation - do not skip Gray’s Ice Cream, it is honestly the best ice cream I have ever had.”

“We had a great stay overall and would recommend this property. The location is outstanding—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions, so we rarely needed to drive. Parking was also easy and convenient. The home was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was well stocked with the amenities needed to make it feel like a true home away from home.A couple of areas could be improved. Communication before and during our stay wasn't always as……

“This is a great location if you are looking to go to the stadium for a game. Easy/safe walk to the stadium. There are some great walkable restaurants close by also. The communication was great with the host.”
