The property itself is nice and probably worthy of 4 or 5 stars. It's in a managed private rental building. There are a few properties dedicated to short term rental, managed by an external party called "Under The Doormat." You'll book through this third party.
They don't have anyone *at* the property. So everything is done via WhatsApp. The apartment itself was missing basic amenities, like tea, coffee, sugar & milk, dishwashing liquid and a cloth for cleaning, and an aerial lead on the TV so you can watch live broadcast telly.
The shower tray drain trap hadn't been cleaned so the tray collected water: I cleaned it myself and magically it drained properly. I reset the heating control because someone with no clue had edited it and made a mess of the settings.
Anyway, if you get apartment 107, it's now probably a good place to stay because I fixed some of the things that were poor about it. But remember to bring your own tea and coffee.
