“Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. “The "Top of the Hill" description of the property was spot-on! Absolutely stunning view! We were able to enjoy the view from the deck at the back of the property. Alfreda and her family were so kind and went out of their way to welcome us and assured that we made it down the "hill" without issue. “What a great house & view so many great places to dine right closeby as well as the marinas where we took day trips sailing & snorkeling. Caves our favorite place so far only our Fourth trip to Tortola BVI plenty more to explore!”

“I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. “The absolute sweetest people you can find in the BVI. They are right there, but will not bother or disturb your vacation. A little gift shop is located at the home too. Really enjoyed our stay at ocean view villa and miss it already!! Highly recommend! ”

“We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. “The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.”
