"Great home with many spaces for sleeping and conversation. Kitchen has all the cooking utensils and a gas grill. We loved the garage that has a seating area-it was a great area for our family that was staying at the hotel to drop by and visit."

"This rental was excellent. The amenities were even better than expected and had many personal touches. The supplies exceeded my expectations. The host was so personable and quickly responded to a few questions that I had. The Roy Lake setting was relaxing and there was so much to do for kids and adults. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing get away!"

"This home is clean and new. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to serve a large group which is unusual for most places. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of towels and hand towels for the group. Showers are stocked with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Sitting area is nice and chairs are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. This place has a great view of the farmland around the property and is very quiet. A definite return trip when in the area."

"This location had everything we needed and more. Even a plug in option for my car, though I did not bring a charge cord. Owners were friendly and responsive. Place was clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Coffee station was fabulous. Stairway to second floor was steep, but bathrooms and bedrooms on both floors worked out well. Will definitely consider this property again."
