Firstly, the place advertises itself as a 5 star boutique hotel, boutique is correct, 5 star definitely not. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower ...

We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Resort. Our room and view were amazing. The staff members were top tier, so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were brilliant esp Zen. We looked forward to breakfast overlooking the beach every morning. Can hardly wait to return.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. when I arrived there was nobody at the office. eventually someone came but the room was not ready and had to wait for them to clean the room. check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 pm and did not get the room until 6 pm
