「We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house hugely surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of 17. Richard and Sue were great hosts and very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Will definitely be coming back!」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
