"Hotel run down, some areas under construction. Rooms appear old and run down. Very small fitness center. Great breakfast though! "

"We had a nice average overall stay. A few things that hindered a better rating were as follows ; pool was very small and shallow for a large hotel. When we arrived the shower in our room would not turn on. Maintenance came quickly to look at it and was able to turn the knob and get it working . For some reasons the knob was stuck and very hard to turn. Then the following evening after a long day out we were not able to shower as there was no hot water . It was warm to cool only which was not very relaxing after a long day . The shower temperature was fine and had heat the next morning. The TV did not have chrome cast so could not watch Netflix . The front desk agent who answered our phone call regarding parking taxes could not answer and needed to find out and call us back .. it could have possibly been someone in training but having said that the question was simple . “ is self -part at $57 include tax or not and what is the tax % for Sam Diego ?”. Hope this review helps with your improvements "
