「I booked the room. Within 24 hours the funeral plans for my father-in-law were finalized and I had to change my itinerary. I contacted them to request a refund due to extenuating circumstances as I could no longer stay at the property. There was no response from the establishment. None at all. Refusing a refund would’ve been acceptable as long as they communicated it to me so I could adjust finances, but the lack of communication was shameful.」
