“We ordered room service they told us to leave the tray on the floor outside not only did we not get our room cleaned in the morning no one picked up the tray until we called also we had a cleaning person knock on door asked if we needed anything I said well yes no one came to our room she told me yeah sorry we couldn’t get to your room all tell the night crew to clean your room during turn down service. It was also safety gated so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting into the pool without an adult knowing. The kitchen set up was great as well! “Overall, we had a great stay! The grounds were beautifully kept. There were plenty of outside chairs for the porch, firepit and lawn areas and a a nice assortment of play equipment for younger children and a cornhole set. There were plenty of games in the closet, and we appreciated the pack-n-play and high chair!
