"The building that we stayed in should be condemned. This large building, probably built in the 1940s, houses about 6 separate cubits all adjoined. The noise from surrounding guests went easily through the walls and doors and thumping footsteps went through the old timber floor of the whole building. We put up with a small kid crying for hours next door with some “adult “ yelling at him. Then we were woken at 5:30am with the same kid running around with the noise vibrating through our room. We did not want to venture out to enjoy the surroundings and left early in the morning to get out of there. It also felt like the floors had never been swept there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Hi Maria Jim & Boys. Thankyou so much for a warm welcome and stay. We had an awesome time especially getting to know the goats and emus. We missed seeing you when leaving to say thanks. We will return again as it was a beautiful relaxing stay with generous lovely owners who love their home and share with others. Gerry/ Mel and Diane/John. "
"We stayed at Coopera Inn over the New Year period with a group of 12 people. The house itself is big, spacious, and well suited to larger groups, which we appreciated. On arrival, however, both the general waste and recycling bins were already completely full, which was difficult given the number of guests staying. I messaged through the inbox but didn’t receive a response. As the real estate office was just down the road, we went in person to ask about the bins and for general house information, as there was only a visitor compliments book and a folder with local menus—no general house guide.Initially, we spoke with a female staff member who explained they had lost staff over the holiday period and said she would organise a bin collection. Unfortunately, a couple of days later the bins still hadn’t been collected, so we had to return again. A gentleman then advised us to swap our bin with a nearby local business bin.Overall, the house itself was great in terms of size and space, but the lack of general information and issues with waste management made the stay less smooth than expected, especially over a busy holiday period."
"Beware of the daggy pub right across the road with loud patrons in the outdoor bar, thumping music until late and hooning cars. Not a good location.
The cottage itself has a strong mouldy smell that doesn't go away even with all doors and windows open. Despite Stayz teasing a WiFi password in their messaging, there's no Wifi. No coffee machine. Mattresses in both bedrooms are quite hard. "
