Stay at a home designed BY HomeAway guests FOR HomeAway guests! Enjoy this completely redone 3 bedroom located 1/2 mile from downtown Broken Arrow with its great restaurants , shopping, and activities. You can relax and play pool/ping-pong or enjoy a city park right out the back gate! A few blocks away you can swim in the summer or ice skate in the winter. When is the last time you made s’mores around the fire? Make yourself at home and enjoy our wonderful downtown, recently recognized by USA Today as one of America's most "Charming Main Streets."

We want you and your family to have a comfortable stay and will provide coffee/tea, snacks and plenty of clean blankets to curl up under. The house is newly furnished throughout with one queen and two full beds on all new carpet and wood floors. Apple TV , Disney+, and Hulu provided on 55 inch 4K TV as well as high speed internet(200 mbps)! You will have so many options outside with 11 different chairs to relax in! Play bocce, corn hole, or disc golf in the backyard or sit on the patio at sunset. Nothing beats sitting around the fire with friends and family and enjoying refreshments!Walk to tennis and basketball courts or your little ones can step out the back gate and be on the playground in less than a minute. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market a few blocks away if you need anything and Target just a few miles away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer on site. Plenty of parking available. Minutes away from pizza, barbecue, gelato, steakhouse,coffee shops, a brewery, sushi, mexican and more! Check out downtown shopping or go to the spa. Great for families and business travelers alike. Close to Bass Pro, Performing Arts Center, Rhema, and The Warren Theatre!

This is our only rental property and gets all our attention which is why it has been among the very best in Broken Arrow for the past four years!

Great place to stay for a golf outing with friends

The stay and amenities were great for an outing with a group of friends. Multiple good golf courses nearby. Played pool, ping-pong, and cooked steaks on the grill provided. I highly recommend!!!

This three bedroom home in a mature Broken Arrow neighborhood was perfect for a family-friendly weekend in Tulsa. The couches and beds were cozy, Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and we loved having access to a washer and dryer. Water pressure in the shower was great, which is often a miss with rentals! This Broken Arrow property was perfect for our trip. The host was very helpful, prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the pool table. We would have loved to spend time in the backyard at the firepit but with temperatures approaching 100 degrees that was not possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This home came with comfort, recreation and relaxation. The owners were very nice and the home had all you could need for a cozy and entertaining stay. The house was decorated just right, very clean and the beds were comfortable and the pool table and games kept us engaged all evening after being out about the town during the day.
