Enjoyed the stay

Kids loved the place. Very clean and well maintained property for a getaway with family and friends. Outside fireplace is our favorite. Could have been more screening trees around the house to feel a little more private as all the neighboring houses are close and visible

This property was great. Was very accomodating for all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. We loved the drink fridge in the laundry room.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and so comfortable. The beds and linens are supreme and kitchen fully equipped. They suggest bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels which I highly recommend.

Family Gathering

My family and I have stayed at the Sunshine Lodge twice this year for our family gatherings and this home just made our gathering even more special - with plenty of community space and private spaces and my grandchildren love the bunk room, fishing at the resort and being so close to Beavers Bend Park. Girls Trip Gone Wild

Our stay was scheduled for 11/03-11/06/22, but unfortunately Friday morning we started getting warnings that a storm was headed for the area. The resort guided us where the safest place would be to park our cars and brought us batteries for the candles just in case we lost electricity. They told us if we did lose it, it’s usually for a short period of time, so we weren’t too concern. No one thought it would be as bad as it was, so when the lights went out that evening we patiently waited for them to come back on. At 6:00 the next morning, we were still in the dark, so we called to get an update. We were told it would be best to head home due to the severity of the storms. We were informed that tornadoes had hit the next town over and knocked out power to thousands of people and it could be hours or days before it was restored. Of course we were bummed, but Ginger was so apologetic and said “this is something that’s never happened before, no one could have known and we will give y’all another stay compliments of the resort. You guys can come back and enjoy the vacation you paid for!” So as disappointing as it was, we were so appreciative that they were willing to give us another stay without being asked for some kind of compensation. You don’t usually have vacation places that are willing to do anything when situations like this arise. Cheers to Pine Lake Resorts for being so great and making the situation a lot less disappointing.

This house was stunning!! It was perfectly designed for large groups, each room was luxiurious and styled beautifully so it didn't feel like you were staying in a rental, and the the kitchen had every cooking utensil you could possibly need. The location was also very close to town so it was easy to get to shops, restaurants, or the even the lake. Loved our time at Sunshine Lodge and can't wait to go back!

Weekend getaway

A group of us (12 people) recently stayed at Sunshine Lodge for a get together and had the best experience! The cabin was so spacious and well thought out! It had plenty of room to spread out all throughout the space. The amenities were perfect for our occasion. Some of us had the best sleep on the king sized mattress on a vacation! We will definitely recommend this cabin/host to anyone looking to stay in Broken Bow! I’ve stayed in different cabins throughout the years and this one takes the cake.

Bachelorette Party

We had my daughter’s bachelorette party at Sunshine Lodge ! It was jaw droppingly beautiful inside and out! The amenities were beyond expectations and the accommodations were more than 5 stars! I cannot wait to visit Pine Lake Resort again in the near future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 18 women gather for a Book Club Retreat at the Sunshine Lodge. The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our gathering. It was very clean and included so many thoughtful details. One thing to note is all the yellow pollen collected on the furniture outside which made it difficult for us to enjoy the patio. Regardless, we had such an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend!!
