Great Stay

Great Location

Sometimes Broken Bow lends itself to loud neighbors due to proximity and layout with other cabins. Mint To Be’s location and the backyard layout are truly peaceful and secluded despite the convenient access. The heated pool sets it apart in terms of amenities - our family loved swimming in March!

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

This is the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive at all times. The property is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful. We had everything we needed and then some.

Nice home with privacy

The home was lovely and it was nice not having other neighbors right next to the property. The back deck was really nice, although weather wasn't cooperative during our stay.

Quiet and secluded

Cozy Cabin

New cabin located in a very private area - we had no neighbors near us. There’s a nice creek flowing in the back that the kids enjoyed exploring. We took advantage of the grill, fire pit, hot tub, and fireplace outside (only qualm - there were no grilling tongs provided). Inside, there was enough seating for eight at the dining room table, so we all were able to have our meals in one table together. Kids enjoyed having their own space in the loft and our youngest enjoyed the teepee sleeping area. Family had a great in this cozy cabin!!

Family Get-A-Way

Mint To Be was just as described. We had a great time. The cabin is secluded yet still close to all the stores and fun in Hochatown. We’ve been coming to the area every fall for the past 15+ years. This cabin was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Kelli provided very detailed information before check-in & before check-out. She was very helpful. The outdoor fireplace, living area, & hot tub was our favorite place! Very relaxing. We would defiantly book with Turtle Time Properties again.

Great property

Once we found the location (take sugarberry to pine hills rd. Turn left. Then go until you see the sign that Kelli has you look out for) The hill down to the cabin is steep and you’ll be on gravel part of the time. We took our Chrysler Pacifica and didn’t have any trouble getting in our out. The house location was top notch. If you are looking for privacy, you can’t get a better spot. I loved that the kids could play and we weren’t able to see any neighbors. Follow the list that Kelli made for you and you’ll have everything you need. Communication was great and I can’t wait to go back. There was something for everyone. Our group was 2 adults, 13, 12, 8 & 2. Nobody was ready to leave. I can’t recommend this property enough. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommended- would stay again.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The house was clean, well furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable for the days/nights we stayed and was absolutely gorgeous! We loved how quiet the outdoor space was especially since there were other houses nearby with very large groups(party houses). We weren’t disturbed by the surrounding houses because the backyard was situated perfectly among the beautiful forest with no other houses behind it. It felt private and safe for our family of five. There is plenty of outdoor space for exploring, clean hot tub for relaxing and outdoor games for the kids. We highly recommend this house for a family or even a couples trip. The layout of the house would be perfect for two couples- there’s plenty of privacy with the two master style suites. The upstairs loft was large enough for our three kids to sleep comfortably at night and play games during the day. Before arriving we received a detailed list of local amenities and information about the house and neighborhood. There’s so much to be said about the care that went into styling the house for comfort, the information packet, and all the “little extras” that were provided.

Loved this cabin

We had a party of 10 all ages staying at the cabin. We had so much fun. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room. The outdoor patio is gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing plenty of space. Plus the pool and hot tub were a huge hit!

This was really great. The pool was a good size and fit all 9 of us. The outdoor patio with the tv and fireplace was amazing and relaxing even with the kids running around like crazy. The manual made things easy and there was a lot of towels, plenty of utensils, and other kitchen appliances. We only really needed to head into town for milk you can easily spend your whole trip at the house with the right people! Definitely going to book again just wish led we lived a little closer.

Fun Family Vaca

Mint to be provided a great experience. I had to make sure we found a place that was suitable for my 1 year old and my teen/adult children. It is a great location. Just a few miles down we enjoyed our time at Beavers Bend state park, zip lining, boat and tube rental, kayaking and more. Kelli provides a very comfortable and clean place. Thank you, hope to come back on our next vaca.

MINT TO BE This was simple beautiful, Amazing cabin

This was my family’s first stay in broken bow,-Hochatown. The cabin was everything we expected it to be , Very clean, Modern decor, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, the patio area was perfect for hangout out with the family, the Hot tub was super clean. Kelli the host was vey helpful and only a phone call or text away if we needed help with anything she’s awesome 🤩 We give MINT TO BE cabin 💯 stars 🌟 I plan to book this cabin many more times in the future. Fantastic stay!

We decided to check out Hochatown for the first time and booked this house not knowing what the expect. House was spectacular in terms of sleeping accommodations and cleanliness. We have a 20 month old and 3 year old which can sometimes be scary not knowing if things are “kid friendly” and this house totally was safe for them! Location to shops, brewery, food was a plus. Kelli was quick to respond regarding some questions a had following check-in. Overall 5 star experience. Would happily book this house again!

Perfect for our family

This cabin was perfect for our family. Having 2 master suites is such a nice touch. The kids loved the loft area and arcade games. Everyone felt like they had their own space to unwind at the end of the day. It’s obvious the cabin is new. Everything was so clean and decorated really well. The back porch was our favorite area! We ate our meals there, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched tv. We even got to see some deer exploring. The cabin is at the end of the street and doesn’t back-up to any other cabins so we felt pretty secluded. The owner was quick to answer any questions during our stay. Overall I’d give the cabin, location, and experience a 10 out of 10!
